JT Forever Foundation is committed to spreading joy during struggle. Submit a request for whatever would bring joy to your child and we will do our best to make it happen
JT CARES PACKAGE
Our JT cares packages can be sent to any hospital your child is admitted to. My hope is that I can send some comfort and joy during stressful and emotionally difficult hospital admissions. The care packages include some of JTs favorite games to play in the hospital as well as things we found comforting for hospital life.
